Wine made by Nebbiolo grapes, in an acid base land characterized by porphyry rock. Represented by the Dragon, described by Omero as “Fantastic animal with keen eyeshinght, agile like an eagle and strength like a lion”, wants to be a metaphor for the Galizja and give good omen to whom will drink it.
